From now until January 10, please submit your short story (50 to 100 words) about how fermented foods helped you or someone you love.
The winner will receive 2 tickets to the Festival, a “Fermented Food Saves Lives” t-shirt (designed by Tara Whitsitt of Fermentation on Wheels), and will get to share their story on stage at the Festival!
